MRKT 304 - E-commerce


Recognizing the crucial role of technology in transforming business practices, this course is an introduction to the process of electronically buying and selling goods, services, and information. Taught in a computer- equipped classroom, students gain first-hand experience as e-consumers on the World Wide Web as they evaluate e-commerce: how it is being conducted and managed and its major opportunities, limitations, issues, and risks.

Prerequisite: MRKT 103-Marketing or MRKT 103H-Honors Marketing
